Patios & Hardscaping
Patios & hardscaping that tie your backyard together.
Pavers, walkways, patios and retaining walls — built to last under California sun and to turn the space around your pool into a true outdoor living area.
Why Homeowners Choose Us
The surfaces your family lives on.
Hardscape is the foundation of every outdoor living area. Done right, it lasts decades, drains properly, and stays beautiful season after season. Done wrong, it cracks, sinks, and gets replaced in five years.
We treat patios, walkways and walls with the same care as the pool itself — proper base prep, quality materials, and clean detail work by experienced local crews.

01 How long will it take to build my pool?
Most New Creation Pools are built in 4 to 6 weeks and Pool Spas are built in 6 to 8 weeks. This also depends on weather and timely material selections.
02 How much damage will be done to the existing yard during construction?
This really depends on your yard. If you have a newf home with no backyard landscape it’s very minimal. If during excavation we need to drive over existing landscape to access the pool area or dig the pool in an area that has existing grass or sprinklers, the repairs could be extensive. Most irrigation and drain lines must be relocated or repaired. We help identify those lines and possibly can complete minor drain line repairs but other repairs are not included in the contract as we have no idea what the extent of additional work would be.
03 I see the drawing but where will the pool actually be?
04 Where do I select my tile and other decorative features?
Tile can be selected from SCP 7337 West Goshen Ave Visalia CA 93291. The stone is not selected at SCP. If real stone is included in your project I have several samples but you can go to Pedregal 2310 East Main Visalia. Colored Quartz and Pebble Plasters would also have to be selected. SCP also has samples of Fusion Pebble and Sparkle Quartz. It is good to get everything selected soon to avoid construction delays.
05 How long will my fence be down to access the backyard?
We typically remove fencing the day before the dig. Once the dig is complete, we secure the fencing although depending on access we will use that same access for plumbing rebar, gunite and concrete.
06 What is the payment schedule?
The Contractors State Licensing Board allows a contractor to collect $1,000.00 or 10% of the contracted amount whichever is less when the contract is signed. Payments for the remainder of the contract are billed as said work is completed. For example, a typical payment at pool dig is $8,000.00. Any amount billed above that amount would be excessive and illegal. Other payments are typically due at Gunite, Concrete and Plaster completion. Most pool projects have 5 payments as work is completed. Pool lenders will pay the contractor direct and there are usually 4 payments and no down payment if the entire contract amount is financed.
07 Why is the bottom step not shaped with rebar?
The Bottom step is formed up when the gunite is placed.
08 How do they get the gunite, concrete and plaster to my backyard?
Gunite, concrete and plaster are pumped to the rear yard through a hose. Both the pump for concrete and the compressor for gunite are very loud so please inform your neighbors before that work is done. Usually the street in front of your house needs to be available for these trucks and the driveway could be blocked.
